    Vintage Alexander 8" Scarlett. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS First Class mail.  She has her original dress and I DON’t know about the straw hat.  She is in good condition.  With many of the vintage dolls, their joints become looser.  She seems to be fine.  I do not ship outside the U.S.
