LOT OF SEVEN (7) - LE MOSSER GLASS “FIDDLER” CLOWN FIGURINES ALL MIB
This sale is for a group of seven (7) darling little collectible limited-edition glass figurines of a clown playing a fiddle.
These pieces were made by the Mosser Glass Company in Cambridge, Ohio back in the 1980s and each figurine is made in a different color.
These colors are mostly slag colors, but there are two transparent colors with carnival class finishes.
This series is known as the “Fiddler” clown.
I am uncertain how many total figurines there were in this in this series (Mosser made a number of different series of clown figurines).
All of these figurines come with their original boxes and each box is stamped on the front with the name of that particular clown.
These figurines have all been in my personal collection since the 1980s.
The clowns are marked as follows.
Each had an “M” molded into the glass on the right side of the clown’s vest and each has the name of the clown on the top of its hat.
The idea with all of these little glass clowns was to make a limited number of them each month, each one in a different color and each with a different name.
At the time, back in the 1980’s, new glass pieces made in this “limited edition” manner were a very “hot” collectable and so popular that there were numerous “new glass” shows being promoted around the country.
I do my best to describe all items as accurately as possible and to the best of my ability.
Some of my photos may be somewhat lighter or darker than actual to better show detail or color.

Age and Condition
These figurines date to the 1980s.
All the clown figurines are in mint original condition.
Please look closely at the photos as they are an important part of my description of this item.
There are no chips, flea bites, repairs, cracks or hairlines to the glass on any of them.
There may be some very light signs of use to some of the original boxes.

lease keep in mind these photos may be blown up at least 8-10 times normal, so anything you see will look 8-10 times larger in the photos than it really is.
Please note: if you see a dark spot in the photos, it is from my camera and is not a mark on the piece.
It will be either just to the right of center towards the bottom or slightly above center on the right side of the photo.
Approximate Dimensions
The figurines are each about 3.875” (9.8 cm) tall by about 2.375” (6 cm) left to right and about 1.5” (3.8 cm) front to back.
Approximate Weight
About 3 pounds 13.25 ounces (1.734 kilograms) for the lot.

For auctions, if you do not send an instant payment through PayPal, I will send you an invoice within 24 hours of the end of the auction.
PayPal is my preferred method for receiving funds and payment is expected within 3 days of the completion of the auction.
I will normally ship within 1-2 business days of receiving payment in my PayPal account.
Shipment will be via the USPS Priority mail.
I will also offer an economy method of shipment.
A delivery confirmation (provides electronic tracking of the shipment) is included with all domestic shipments paid for through PayPal.

The only form of payment I accept from international buyers is Pay Pal.
No exceptions!
International shipments will encounter longer shipping times due to distance and Customs requirements.
The USPS says 6-10 business days, but it can take longer.
International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, import taxes or other related customs or import charges and all our out-of-pocket costs incurred in the shipment of packages internationally.
International shipment options will be via USPS First Class Mail (when the item being shipped meets the requirements of that service) or Priority Mail when it does not.
DO NOT ask us to show a lesser value on the Customs Forms than the item sold for, or to ship the item purchased item as a gift.

RETURN POLICY
If for some reason you are unhappy with the item you purchased and would like to return it, please contact me within 14 days to discuss the details.
